Custom Furniture

Since our wardrobes are made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described.

If your item is damaged upon delivery or differs from your confirmed order/sketch, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue.

Refunds (full or partial) are processed only after the item is returned and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Cancellations after production starts may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We deliver across the UAE. For deliveries outside main cities, additional charges may apply.

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 21 business days depending on stock, production, and location.

Assembly is included in the delivery fee unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges may apply for delivery to upper floors without elevators.
